Job Description

• Contributes in plant tour planning and developing strategies
• Prepares and reviews plant tour related reports
• Coordinates with other plants plant tour program requirements while maintaining good working relationship with coworkers customers and other clients
• Conducts the audiovisual presentation and act as a tour guide
• Manages booking schedule
• Performs any other tasks and duties which may be assigned from time to time provided given the proper training

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelors degree in business management or any four (4) year course preferably with background in customer service;
• at least 1 year of experience in BPO Retail or any Costumer Service related industry.
• Knowledgeable in ISO Food Safety HACCP GMP and HALAL is an advantage;
• Knows how to deal and relate well with customers and members of the organization;
• Can respond promptly to customers needs
