Responsabilits

  • Formuler des recommandations pour les cadres et les parties prenantes afin de stimuler la croissance et la rentabilit.
  • Interagir avec les clients pour recueillir les informations ncessaires lexcution des mandats.
  • Diriger le dveloppement de contenu pour les clients externes avec le soutien de lquipe.
  • Participer au dveloppement commercial en rpondant aux besoins des clients potentiels/existants.
  • Identifier de nouvelles opportunits avec les clients existants et articuler des propositions de valeur.
  • Grer le recrutement la formation et la gestion de lquipe danalystes.
  • Contribuer lvaluation et au dveloppement de lquipe.
  • Superviser la production pour assurer la qualit et la conformit aux engagements.
  • Grer les fournisseurs pour les donnes et informations cls dans le cadre des mandats.
  • Diriger/participer des sessions de cocration/brainstorming avec des clients externes.

  • Plus de 2 ans dexprience dans la gestion des personnes dans le marketing le conseil ou des domaines connexes;

Job Description

In collaboration with Tulipe partners and team members the Sr. consultant is responsible for the ideation completion and delivery of consulting mandates with external clients producing breakthrough ideas that cut through. In addition the Sr. consultant will oversee managing Tulipe resources (analysts) and actively participating in their training and development. Offices are in Torono and Montreal where Tulipe has offices but will work in hybrid mode (mostly working from home with meetings in the office when required).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop recommendations for client executives and key business stakeholders to further accelerate the growth and profitability of their business.
  • Interact directly with clients to create and manage input data reports access and interviews necessary for the completion of mandates.
  • Lead the development of content and material in the context of mandates for external clients with the support of Analyst and / or Coordinator.
  • Participate to and or initiate business development efforts to grow Tulipes business aiming to satisfy unmet needs and challenges of potential / existing clients.
  • Identify new and additional mandate opportunities with existing clients; articulate potential value proposition in response to identified needs or opportunities.
  • Actively participate in the recruitment training and management of Tulipes team of analysts who are responsible for the delivery of our projects.
  • Participate to the evaluation and development of team members by providing input and direct feedback.
  • Supervise the production and review all material developed by subordinates to ensure maximum quality rigor full adherence to contractual commitments and budgets.
  • In the context of mandates manage potential suppliers responsible to produce key input and data research firms data providers members of the Humanise Collective.
  • Lead and or actively participated to cocreative / brainstorming sessions internally and with external clients in the context of mandates execution and business planning.
  • Participate to the recruiting and selection process of subordinates and the evolution of the organization.

Required skills & competencies:

  • Superior analytical conceptual skills; strategic thinker; ability to draw business conclusions.
  • Ability to interact with Senior and Executive Management at business strategy level.
  • Excellent priority management and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage supervise evaluate train and develop subordinates on specific mandates and other relevant tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including sales and negotiation; ability to convince and influence others including decisionmakers and executives.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills good judgment open mind.
  • Ability to ask relevant and revealing questions and quickly analyze / diagnose situations and opportunities.
  • Creative approach to idea generation and problemsolving.
  • High tolerance for change fastmoving environments high autonomy when minimal guidance.
  • Superior presentation skills.
  • Superior knowledge of MS Office products and presentation software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English written and oral (French an asset).
  • Bachelor or masters in business administration M Sc in Marketing or related field.
  • 8 years of relevant experience in one or many of following areas: consulting strategy business intelligence customer analytics planning marketing innovation.
  • 2 years of senior experience in people management in marketing consulting or related fields.
  • CPG experience a strong asset.
