Prsentation de loffre :

  • Secteur: Finance
  • Nombre danne dexperience: 4 6ans dexprience
  • Contrat: Freelance ou CDI de mission
    • Freelance : TJM volutifs au cours de la mission
      • 420/HT Entre 1 et 12 mois de mission
      • Le TJM pourra voluer au maximum de 7% au bout de 12 mois et en fonction du taux de satisfaction client
    • CDI de mission
      • 38 K brut annuel(Rmunration pour un consultant justifiant au mois de 5 ans dans la fonction)
      • 5 K de Variable
  • Dure de la mission: Longue
  • Lieude la mission: 92
  • Tltravail : 2 jours par semaine
  • Anglais : Bilingue lcrit Oral

Prsentation besoin client

The service includes:

  • Management of incidents and problems
  • Communication related to incidents
  • Initiation of hierarchical and functional escalation processes and management of the crisis unit for major incidents
  • Steering of incident resolution plans
  • Monitoring of problem resolution
  • Analysis of announced major changes
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of incident problem and change management processes.

The expected results are:

  • Adherence to deadlines and commitments for incident handling organizing resolution conferences and disseminating associated communications
  • Compliance with the commitments for distributing incident analysis reports (postmortem)
  • Adherence to the analysis deadlines for announced changes based on approval deadlines (CAB)
  • Ontime monitoring of problems according to the modalities described in the process (opening tracking reporting).

CONSULTANT PROFILE

  • Communication skills and a sense of service
  • Knowledge of Payment Instant Transfer and Electronic Payment systems
  • Experience in production and operational activities
  • At least ITIL V3 Foundation certification.
