As a key member of our team, you will be involved in the delivery of projects and/or managed services, following your training program.
Working alongside Senior, Lead or Principal Consultants, you will be supported in using your skills in design, development, testing and deployment to deliver cutting-edge data solutions which help our customers achieve their objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering work packages to specification on a project, following completion of the technical design.
Applying a methodical approach to issue definition and resolution.
Working with our Managed Services Support desk handling calls in accordance with the Simpsons support methodology.
Skills and Attributes Required
Strong academic background with a 2:1 or above in a STEM degree.
A proven track record in achieving excellence both academically and outside of work.
The ability to solve complex logic problems in a structured manner and show creativity in approach.
A keen interest in technology and business issues, with an aptitude to use software or coding.
Strong numerical skills, comfortable dealing with large volumes of data.
Excellent communication skills both written and in person and to both technical and non-technical audiences.
o Comfortable meeting customers and establishing rapport.
Showing passion for data and an ability to pick up new concepts and technologies quickly.
Self-motivated to study to achieve relevant industry certifications.
Collaborative and eager to join a highly skilled and successful delivery team.
