Position: Consultant (Freelance)
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Searching prospect clients for recruitment services and planning for sale visit to build the
- relationship with them.
- Searching and analyzing resumes/applicants to match the clients requirement with any appropriated method.
- Understanding and maintaining the quality services to clients and candidates by matching skills of candidate to client s needs.
- Maintaining and developing the relationship with the existing clients and potential candidate.
- Handling the recruitment assignments by developing search strategies screening the existing database sourcing interviewing assessing candidates and recommending them to clients.
- Managing recruitment assignment to be completed within agreed timeline.
- Perform variety of administrative tasks that support the overall mission of quality performance and service (ie. preparing candidate s resume storing candidate profile into database system etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree or higher in any related fields
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong client/customeroriented mind and result oriented mind
- Proactive selfstarter enthusiastic personality
- Excellent command of Thai and English language communication
