Job Description
Name of the Position: Construction Supervisor Civil
Qualification Degree/Diploma/B.Sc in Engg/Diploma in Safety
Experience 2 5 years work experience in safety supervision in construction sites Safety audit
report preparation implementation of Safety at construction site. Preference will be given to Steel
Plant & Raw Material construction exposure candidates.
Job Role
1. Participating in toolbox talk Mass meeting.
2. Safety audits and Observations at various construction sites.
3. Conducting safety observations and capturing unsafe acts and condition and prepare
observations reports and get it addressed at construction sites.
4. Follow up with department & update closure status of open observations & open audit points
and preparation of closure report.
5. Visit to Incident sites & conducting of Preliminary Investigations taking statements related to
incidents from all relevant stakeholders.
6. Documentation of safety department related works SWP/ Risk Matrix.
