Construction Projects Stores Manager

Job Description

• The plan is prepared to organize and store materials and review the stores periodically in order to ensure that there are no checks or defects.
• Participates in the preparation of the plan for the organization and storage of materials and continues to implement them with the aim of maintaining the inventory and completing the work as required
• Establishes regulations and regulations for storage operations in order to facilitate drainage processes and speed up the completion of work
• Ensure the proper delivery of components during the different stages of delivery to ensure the correct delivery and ensure the validity periods of each material in coordination with the quality control engineer at the site.
• The heads are directed at how to maintain the safety of components and materials while transported inside the store or during the various storage stages to ensure that there are no problems during transportation.
• Follow-up the process of reviewing the cards for items on the systems available to the company in order to actually match and take corrective actions in case of differences.
• Review sought with the purchasing manager purchase orders from the sites in order to ensure the existence or absence of monitors at the level of all stores to achieve cost rationalization.
• Other work related to his work is performed in order to achieve the objectives.
