Construction Project Manager

This is a fulltime onsite role for a Construction Project Manager. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing construction projects from beginning to end including project coordination construction project management budgeting and construction management. The Construction Project Manager will also be responsible for project management ensuring that each project is completed on time within budget and to the clients satisfaction.

• Experience in Project Coordination Construction Project Management and Construction Management
• Experience in budgeting and managing financial aspects of construction projects
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills
• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field
• Experience in designbuild project delivery method is preferred
• Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or MS Project is a plus
