InfraHire is looking for a Construction Project Manager in Mobile AL.
Job Description:
- Oversee the entire construction project from initiation to completion coordinating with the onsite Project Superintendent to ensure the project adheres to the schedule and stays within budget.
- Manage the aspects of Safety Quality Schedule and Financials for the project(s).
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of project drawings specifications bid packages and subcontractor scopes.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Scheduling Software.
- Capable of constructing project schedules and consistently updating them from inception to completion.
- Handle the processing and upkeep of all Project Submittals RFIs Contract Documents Files and Correspondence.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 35 years of Project Management Experience
- Experience in expediting and inspection
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project/Primavera 6 (P6) Software
