Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer you will play a critical role in helping us bring our construction projects to life. You will work alongside skilled tradespeople and be responsible for a variety of physical tasks to support our construction projects. Key Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including digging hauling lifting and carrying building materials and tools

Assist in the preparation of construction sites and cleaning up after work is completed

Operate power tools and equipment such as drills saws and compressors under the supervision of a skilled trades person

Assist in measuring cutting and fastening materials in accordance with project plans and specifications

Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues

Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks

Maintain a clean and organized work area always

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or project manager

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred

Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting digging and climbing

Familiarity with construction tools and equipment

Basic math and measurement skills

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Strong work ethic and commitment to safety

Willingness to learn and take on new challenges

Valid drivers license and reliable form of transportation
