She/he will:
Ensure the accuracy of the Actuals reporting packages delivered by our entities: analysis of a part of the
balance sheet income statement and/or cash flow statement
Evaluate recommend and implement action plans to improve the efficiency and effectiveness according to
Group IFRS accounting rules
Provide support in the preparation of the quarterly earnings release biannual and annual reports such as
6K/20F for US filing & CSSF reports for European filing
Assist and support the Company's with the various cross functional departments (mainly compliance
controlling treasury tax investor relations M&A)
Provide support towards our group external auditors with the preparation of necessary internal Sox
supports
Contribute to lead internal finance projects as appropriate
