Overview:

The role is a handson analyst role working with risk and compliance metrics and providing reporting functionality specific to the business. The reporting will inform risk and compliance projects which should help to drive our carbon reduction and improve the sustainability of our facilities footprint as well as improving the safety of all our sites.

The key elements of the role involve collating and analysing data from across all divisions to support the defining (and continual refining) of strategy identifying potential metrics to measure progress against strategy and establishing processes to support the ongoing measuring and reporting of progress. Working with teams across the region and globe youll need excellent stakeholder management organisational and problemsolving skills as well as the ability to clearly communicate and present information to seek buyin.

What Youll Do

  • Work with the Risk and Compliance team to identify and establish effective environmental and safety metrics
  • Work with the CRE Systems team to develop reporting dashboards
  • Liaise with and maintain relationships with strategy and data owners across the Flutter Group and support teams across the business to set up reporting processes
  • Collect maintain and analyse qualitative and quantitative data for internal reporting
  • Support effective data management and strategic decision making by building and maintaining databases developing data management protocols creating dashboards and staying abreast of new tools and innovations
  • Assisting the team with completing ad hoc insight and data requests for the business and from external stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to develop energy and carbon reduction initiatives for our buildings
  • Support the deployment of projects against plans and objectives to ensure commitments are met delivering against our energy targets
  • Work with the broader ESG strategy team to ensure Flutters data is accurate and that improvements to our environmental impact are recorded
  • Develop and execute efficient program tracking and reporting processes for regional and global initiatives

What Youll Need

  • Minimum 2 years experience as an analyst with track record in data manipulation extraction and data visualisation
  • Previous experience within environmental management a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to tell clear compelling stories out of complex issues and analysis
  • Influential with great presentation skills
  • Strong IT skills must be proficient in use of Microsoft Word Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to design processes in a face paced environment without a prescribed template
  • Passion for environmental safety improvement
