Community Manager

As a member of the founding team one of the first 5 employees at a highgrowth tech startup you will lead all our communication and relations with the Totem Tribe (aka the greatest customer base on planet Earth).

This is a crucial position for us because we have a highly engaged audience distributed across many platforms. You will centralize all communication and provide a consistent voice for the company.

You must be comfortable with unknowns and be capable of building structure for themselves.

You must be naturally outgoing and highenergy meaning you love meeting new people and cultivating relationships. You will make our Tribe members feel loved respected appreciated regardless of where they are in the customer lifecycle.

We require all our employees regardless of job role to have a designer s mentality.

Travel will be a big part of the job: expect to travel to 1020 festivals/conferences per year as well as be involved in orchestrating events and meetups.

Requirements

• Own the management of all our customer communication channels (Instagram TikTok Facebook Twitter YouTube)
  

• Demonstrated success managing and growing social media channels
  

• Extremely comfortable on camera
  

• Graphic design skills are a must (please provide examples in a portfolio)
  

• Be the primary contact for customer success and customer service
  

• Familiarity with AI and marketing automation tools
  

• Experience building and managing content calendars
  

• Assist with operations as needed
  

• Work closely with the Marketing Director and CEO
  

• Bring ideas for new ways to drive engagement with our audience
  

• Event management experience
  

• Great writer and clear communicator (please provide examples in a portfolio)
  

• Comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously
  

• Experience with Agile project management
  

• Account management or sales experience
  

• Demonstrated ability to manage successful email marketing campaigns SEO and blog strategy

Although we do not require you to be inoffice every single day we do require that this person be based in Chattanooga TN or willing to relocate. Nashville and Atlanta will be considered.
