- Ensure effective communications, visibility, and knowledge management within Mercy Corps, PYE program, and to external audiences (e.g. localities, national).
- Develop, implement, and monitor a Communication Strategic Action Plan in line with the PYE annual work plans to facilitate better understanding among partners and government about PYE and program progress through social media and other communication channels.
- Develop, implement, and monitor a Branding and Marking Plan in line with USAID branding and marking guidelines at the level of PYE, partners, and local partners, mainly the CBOs and youth councils.
- With input from the MEL Advisor and Technical Specialists, help produce high-quality program progress reports as per donors and Mercy Corps requirements.
- Support the development of PYE annual work plans and the MEL plan.
- Support drafting and finalization of quarterly and annual reports, evaluation reports, and final reports for the PYE program, as well as all ad-hoc reports required by the donor and/or Mercy Corps.
