We are looking for an experienced and qualified Oil and Gas plant Commissioning Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing the precommissioning commissioning and startup activities of various oil and gas facilities ensuring compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.

You will be responsible for overseeing and executing the precommissioning commissioning and startup activities of various oil and gas facilities ensuring compliance with safety quality and environmental standards.
Responsibilities
Plan coordinate and supervise the commissioning activities of oil and gas facilities such as pipelines pumps compressors separators heaters tanks etc.
Perform and supervise various commissioning tests and procedures such as lube oil flushing chemical cleaning air blows hydrotesting leak testing mechanical running test etc.
Troubleshoot and resolve any commissioning issues or problems that may arise during the commissioning process
Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation such as commissioning plans procedures checklists reports etc.
Liaise and communicate with the project team the client the vendors and the subcontractors to ensure smooth and timely commissioning
Train and mentor the operations personnel on the commissioning and operation of the oil and gas facilities
Ensure compliance with all applicable codes standards regulations and best practices related to commissioning
Qualifications:
A bachelors degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years of experience in oil and gas plant commissioning preferably in a supervisory role
A thorough knowledge of oil and gas plant design operation and maintenance
A strong understanding of commissioning standards methods and procedures
A high level of technical analytical and problemsolving skills
A good command of written and spoken English
A valid drivers license and a willingness to travel to various project sites
A commitment to safety quality and environmental excellence
