Queens Park Care is proud to be working in partnership with a premium care home provider to recruit a Commissioning Home Manager for their beautiful new luxury Nursing Home based in Margate Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a care provider with all the latest facilities and features. The home provides personcentred care to elderly residents who require general nursing respite residential care and specialist dementia care.

Interview Process:

- Stage One – Video call interview with the HR Business Partner & Regional Director
- Stage Two Video call interview with the SMT
The Candidate:
- Have a proven track record in the management and delivery of highquality care within nursing homes
- Care home commissioning experience
- Great clinical oversight
- Possess strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communicative skills
- Demonstrate excellent leadership
- Knowledgeable of CQC criteria
- Driving license and own vehicle are required
