Our Client:
- F&B Industry
- 5 Days Office Hours
- Lavender
- UP $3500 Basic AWS Bonus
Responsibilities:
- Achieve optimal rent and lease terms in securing new leases
- Maintain full occupancy of portfolio negotiate lease rentals with clients and prepare lease agreements
- Maintain good relationships with tenants and ensure they comply with terms in lease agreement
- Process tenancy records of lease agreements and prepare summary and updates for management meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any field
- Minimum 1 year of leasing management experience handling lease administration duties arrears management
- Singaporeans only
