The Agency is recruiting a toptier Commercial Lines Account Manager to join one of our esteemed clients in the region! As a Commercial Lines Account Manager you will be responsible for serving our commercial clients insurance needs. Your daily tasks will include:
Key Responsibilities:
Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific products and solutions
Must communicate with internal and external customers about basic underwriting guidelines policies and marketing initiatives to service customer accounts
Maximize positive customer experiences by responding to customer inquiries regarding the company s products or services
Analyze clarify and resolve policy and accountrelated questions.
Solicit sell and negotiate new business policies
Assist Agency Producers with their new business
Review renewal business and identify appropriate followup action based on degree of change
Crosssell/upsell products to existing customers
Retain clients at point of cancellation
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries complaints and comments as well as actions taken
Assist with the annual review process by contacting customers and preparing personalized customer coverage recommendations based on customer s needs.
Prepare renewal packets for Producers
Create New Business Packets
Perform risk analysis and field underwriting
Client/Claims liaison Monitor Claims
Requirements
Well organized and detail oriented

Ability to meet individual performance metrics and goals
Able to handle multiple tasks and see them to successful completion
Works well with Underwriters/Companies/Producers/Teams
P&C and/or Life licensed
Required 35 years of work experience within the insurance industry
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
Ability to use professional vocabulary and grammar
Keystroke 50 plus WPM with accuracy
