Commercial Director

Currently Gotbit is looking for a Commercial Director who will lead our Account Management Sales and Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Account Management Sales and BD teams
• Develop and implement sales business and marketing strategies
• Establish and maintain partnerships engage in customer development activities and gather feedback
• Build and lead a highperforming commercial team
• Achieve revenue and profit targets conduct market and competitor analysis
• Prepare and present commercial proposals control team budgets
• Participate in conferences and contribute to the development of marketing strategy

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial position in the related field
• Strong Crypto Knowledge and experience in the crypto industry
• Excellent team management skills
• Client Relationship Management: Ability to manage existing clients upsell additional services and ensure client retention
• Business Development: Proficiency in identifying potential partnerships and devising strategies for geographical expansion
• Sales Process Optimization: Experience in digitizing sales funnels tracking commercial proposals conducting market research and directing service development based on business needs (client requests)
