Tasks

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will play a crucial role in supporting the Comms8 team based in Hong Kong. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and the local manager you will be tasked with providing efficient and professional support in campaign management new business development and content creation management across regions.

This presents an exciting prospect offering exposure to various operational activities within Comms8. There are extensive opportunities for professional development and the chance to make a significant impact within Comms8.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Management

• Assist in brainstorming creating and managing engaging content for various digital platforms including social media websites and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with our creative team to develop compelling visual and written content that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.

Client servicing and support

• Support our client services team in providing outstanding customer service including responding to client queries preparing reports and presentations and participating in client meetings.
• You will be a key point of contact for our clients so excellent communication skills are essential.

Database management

• Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our databases. This includes data entry data cleansing generating database reports and implementing improvements to our data management systems.

Business Outreach

• Assist with business development efforts including market research lead generation and outreach to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners stakeholders and potential clients.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong ability to create professional press release and social media content in both traditional and simplified Chinese.
• Strong understanding of the Chinese culture and media landscape.
• Display a can do attitude proactive in seeking solutions.poken) is a must.
