Employment Type: Fulltime
Shift: Shifting Schedule
Work setup: Permanent WFH
Salary: PHP 30000 to PHP 35000

What do you need to succeed
  • Have a solid 3 years of Collections experience with no more than a 3month gap of working outside of Collections or unemployment on their most recent employment.
  • Have experience working with an outsourcer and handling 120 days of delinquent accounts.
  • Strong English Communication skills (no lesser than a 9/10 score).
  • Have a strong internet connection and should be using a laptop during the interview.
  • Every candidate must have worked from home for a minimum of 1 year with their previous employment.
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong negotiation skills during the prescreen process.
  • All candidates must be contacted and confirm their presence for the interview well in advance; otherwise they will be disqualified from the recruitment process.

Required Skills & Abilities:

  • Previous experience in a call center is required.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent phone and communication skills.
  • Good analytical problemsolving and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; knowledge of a second language is an asset.
  • Ability to work with CRM and call center systems.
  • Impeccable judgment and acute attention to detail.
  • Customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability for multitasking in a highpaced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Experience in customer service debt loan collection consumer lending or personal.
  • Familiarity with underwriting loans financial statements payroll is a plus.

What awaits you in this role

  • Contact customers via phone and mail to secure payments to pastdue loans to determine the reason(s) for it and to obtain a commitment to pay negotiate payment in full or payment arrangements.
  • Update customers accounts on a computer system.
  • Adhere to established guidelines when determining appropriate collection remedy.
  • Develop and work through repayment schedules with various alternatives in addition to explaining the consequences of delinquency to customers in the attempt of obtaining payments.
  • Independently resolve client calls regarding payment questions and resolve payment issues.
  • Organize future work and schedule followup.
  • Record and update full and complete account information to aid in account resolution.
  • Maintain established performance metrics.
  • Comply with policies and procedures as required.
  • The Employee might have customer service tasks to do if requested by the Manager.
