- Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance and Banking
- Preparing a collection plan in discussion with the financial manager to facilitate the collection process so that there is a limit that must be adhered to monthly from collections.
- Preparing a list of customers who will collect from them daily.
- Calling customers before going to them and agreeing on the time of receiving the amounts that the collector will claim.
- Preparing a collection report and providing the line manager with a copy.
- Making settlements with customers.
