After our successful launch in 2023 we are now looking for a CTO & CoFounder that helps us tackle the next stage of our growth.
As CoFounder & CTO youre at the forefront of our platforms development and automation scaling. Leading the technology and product roadmap you focus on enhancing our platform to meet customer needs. From conception to delivery you ensure a seamless customer experience. Managing the technological infrastructure you optimize processes for efficiency leveraging automation to streamline operations and boost customer satisfaction. Collaborating closely with the CEO you drive business growth by aligning the roadmap with market demands and securing funding.
With your entrepreneurial spirit and leadership experience in tech scaleups you propel our venture forward positioning it as the premier platform for events in Europe.

What Youll Do
- As CoFounder and CTO spearhead platform development and automation scaling
- Handson software development: improve our current application or rebuild our tech with the tool stack of your choice to shape the perfect product
- Hire your own developer team product owners & UX team
- Support our funding process talk to investors & stakeholders to secure necessary resources
- Lead technology and product roadmap to enhance platform for evolving customer needs
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery ensuring seamless customer experience
- Oversee technological infrastructure optimizing processes for efficiency
- Utilize expertise in automation to streamline operations and boost customer satisfaction
Anforderungsprofil
Requirements
- Several years of experience as CTO or Engineering Lead building great software or data science products and leading teams
- Previous experience in a startup or scaleup environment
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or Google Cloud)
- Experience working with and integrating thirdparty tools and SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL NoSQL)
- Proven ability to efficiently manage all aspects of the software development life cycle including successfully managing distributed teams
- Strong operational mindset; ability to drive a team to achieve beyond their perceived capabilities
- Desire to work at a startup embracing the fastpaced nature of the environment
- Track record of leading engineering teams to deliver reliable scalable technical solutions that meet product/business requirements
- Track record of growing engineering teams through the identification of key roles and recruitment of talented engineers
Tech Stack
- Fullstack Engineer with focus on backend development
- Solid understanding of backend technologies including serverside languages (e.g. Node.js Python Ruby) and API integration
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure or Google Cloud)
- Experience working with and integrating thirdparty tools and SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL NoSQL)
- Nice to have: Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React or Angular)
Valuable additions
- Previous experience in building a SaaS / Marketplace product
- Experience with machine learning NLP and neural networks
- Previous experience with a traveltech company
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- UX/UI design skills
