We are hiring (CNMII) Critical Care Unit into a Private Hospital at Cork Ireland.

THE CLIENT

This is a 343bed accredited hospital with a wide range of surgical and medical services. The department has a specialist staff which includes CNMs CCU staff nurses and CCU health care assistants.

In terms of organising coordinating and managing activities and resources in the clinical setting the position of CNM 2 is crucial. The primary duties include practice development staffing and staff development resource management professional/clinical leadership facilitation of communication and quality assurance.

Requirements

• A nurse registered with the NMBIs live register of nurses
  
• Candidate should have management experience in an critical care for minimum 2 years is essential.
  
• Experience in cardiothoracic surgery is desirable.
  
• Should have previous managerial experience.
  
• Post registration experience for minimum 5 years in acute general is essential
  
• Assessing and teaching junior staff and students is essential.
  
• Should have experience in ICU department.
