We are hiring CNM II Critical Care Unit in a Private Hospital in Cork
Responsibilities
- enhance and maintain the highest standards in patient care.
- contribute to the effective use of all hospital resources at your disposal and you will be required to maximize staff development in a learning environment
- support motivation and guidance for all employees within your remit.
- Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidencebased care planning approach.
- Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership.
Requirements
- possess a minimum of 5 years of postregistration experience in an acute general setting
- minimum of 2 years of nurse management experience in a critical care environment.
- ICU qualification is required along with a management qualification.
- Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery is preferred.
- candidates must have experience in preceptorship teaching and assessing students and junior staff.
- Registration in the General Division of the live register of nurses maintained by the NMBI is mandatory.
