Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret technical blueprints and design models to understand the machining process.
  
• Set up CNC machines and VTLs including adjusting and calibrating equipment to ensure precision.
  
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software to execute production tasks.
  
• Operate machines to produce parts by turning milling drilling or grinding.
  
• Monitor the output to ensure consistency with specifications and make necessary adjustments.
  
• Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.
  
• Collaborate with engineers and other team members to enhance production efficiency.
  
• Document production data and maintain accurate records for quality control and reporting purposes.

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering CNC Machining or a related field.
  
• Proven experience as a CNC machine operator setter or programmer. Experience with VTL is highly desirable.
