Job Title: CNC VMC Operator cum Programmer
Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:
1. Operate CNC Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision parts.
2. Set up machines including loading raw materials and tooling.
3. Program CNC machines using CAM software or manual programming.
4. Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
5. Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues.
7. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
9. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.
10. Document production activities and report any deviations or problems.

1. Proven experience as a CNC VMC operator and programmer.
2. Proficiency in operating CNC machines and CAM software.
3. Strong knowledge of machining processes and tools.
4. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy in machining operations.
6. Good problemsolving skills and mechanical aptitude.
7. Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced manufacturing environment.
8. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
9. Basic understanding of quality control principles.
10. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus.
