Position: CNC Plasma Cutting Programmer Cum Operator

Salary: 2000 AED FA 300 AED Location: UAE

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
  
• Proficiency in operating CNC Plasma machines specifically HYPERTHERM 400 XD/800XD
  
• Expertise in AutoCAD integration for plasma machines
  
• Familiarity with machine operations and maintenance
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings
  

Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Plasma machines efficiently and safely.
  
• Ensure proper setup calibration and operation of machines according to specifications.
  
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize cutting processes.
  

• Program CNC Plasma machines using AutoCAD for 2D and 3D designs.
  
• Integrate AutoCAD designs seamlessly into plasma cutting processes.
  
• Troubleshoot and debug programs as needed to ensure accurate cutting.
  

• Perform regular maintenance on CNC Plasma machines to ensure optimal performance.
  
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical electrical and programming issues.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians for repairs and replacements when necessary.
  

• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  
• Make adjustments to cutting parameters as needed to improve quality and efficiency.
  
• Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control measures.
  

• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating CNC Plasma machines.
  
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of materials and waste in accordance with company policies and environmental regulations.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents and ensure efficient workflow.
  

Requirements

• Proficient in operating CNC Plasma machines particularly HYPERTHERM 400 XD/800XD.
  
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD for 2D and 3D design and integration
  
• Familiarity with software such as Most2d Proe MasterCam UniGraphics (NX7.5) and Ansys.
  
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical electrical and programming issues.
  
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail to identify and address potential problems.
  
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and convey technical information.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve production goals.
  
• Willingness to adapt to changing production requirements and priorities.
  
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in programming setup and quality control.
