Overview:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer & Setter to join our team. This role requires a high level of precision and expertise in programming and setting CNC machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering with extensive experience in CNC operations programming and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and program CNC machines using specify software e.g. Master cam SolidWorks etc. to produce parts as per engineering drawings.
  
• Set up tools fixtures and machine settings according to the required specifications.
  
• Conduct firstarticle inspections using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet quality standards.
  
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure operational efficiency.
  
• Identify and troubleshoot programming errors or machine malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  
• Maintain accurate records of programming code machine settings and maintenance logs.
  
• Work closely with the production team and engineers to optimize machining processes and improve overall productivity.
  

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering (B.E) preferably in Mechanical or related field.
  
• 48 years of experience in CNC programming and setting.
  
• Certification in CNC programming from a recognized institution is preferred.
