CNC Machining Center Set-up Operator

Milwaukee manufacturing is looking to hire an experienced CNC Machinist to set up and run a Vertical and Horizontal CNC Machining Center. This is a fastpaced manufacturing environment with great pay and benefits on first shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform daily machine startup and shutdown procedures on CNC machining center.
  
• Setup and operate CNC machining center; vertical and horizontal.
  

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS OF THE CNC MACHINIST:

• 3 or more years of CNC machine operating experience.
  
• Able to work independently with dedication to quality.
  
• High School diploma or GED required.
  
• Basic ability to read and understand blueprints measuring devices and other shop drawing aids.
  
• Basic understanding of electrical hydraulic and pneumatic parts fittings and assemblies.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong orientation toward quality safety and continuous improvement.
  
• Excellent attendance and a positive can do attitude.
