• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• B.E. B. Tech. MSc IT MCA etc in Software engineering/ Information technology.
  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Management Executive to join our IT company and lead the effort in preparing the organization for CMMIlevel certification and achieving ISO certification. In this role you will be responsible for driving process improvement initiatives establishing robust quality management systems and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

CMMI and ISO Certification Preparation:

Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current processes identify gaps and develop a roadmap for achieving certification.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and implement process improvement initiatives to meet certification requirements.

Establish metrics monitor progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.

1. Process Improvement:

• Define and document the IT companys processes ensuring they align with CMMI and ISO standards.
  
• Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks and develop and implement strategies to improve overall process performance.
  
• Conduct process audits and reviews to identify noncompliance issues and drive corrective actions.
  

2. Quality Management Systems:

• Design and implement robust quality management systems to ensure adherence to CMMI and ISO standards.
  
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of policies procedures and guidelines to guide employees in complying with certification requirements.
  
• Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  

3. Training and Awareness:

• Provide training and guidance to employees at all levels on CMMI and ISO requirements processes and best practices.
  
• Promote awareness of quality standards and the importance of process adherence throughout the organization.
  

4. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to process improvements certifications and audits.
  
• Generate reports on process performance certification progress and compliance levels for management review.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
  
• Extensive experience working in an IT company with a focus on process management quality assurance and certifications.
  
• Strong knowledge of CMMI and ISO standards and their implementation in an IT environment.
  
• Experience leading an organization through CMMIlevel certification and ISO certification processes.
  
• Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvement initiatives and achieving compliance with industry standards.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to identify process gaps and drive effective solutions.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and present information to senior management.
  
• Certifications such as CMMI Lead Appraiser ISO Lead Auditor or similar would be a plus.
