- Responsible for coordinating activities of DSEs executing initiatives to generate lowcost funds through sourcing of CASA deposits while ensuring alternative channels enrollment.
- Monitor and manage the activities and performance of the DSEs visavis targets set.
- Provide required knowledge skills and motivation to DSEs.
- Ensure the effective implementation of customer acquisition and deposit mobilization strategies.
- Implement an effective marketing plan that includes crossselling initiatives that will safely and profitably increase market share/penetration across the network.
- Generate monthly reports on the team s activities.
Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: First degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 year of constant work supervising a sales team.
This role requires that the job holder:
Should be friendly assertive independent quickpaced and can motivate others.
Must have networking and communication skills as the job environment may require influencing and persuading various people in changing situations.
