Must have minm 23 years of experience in Life Insurance
Team Handling experience
Should be from Agency or Banca
Should be residing in the same city from last 23 years
* Job Description
Drive Input behaviors cross sales and new sales from the assigned
team.
Meeting the sales plan numbers consistently
Training and Development of the team for new product launches /
revision in the existing policies.
Work with other functions / departments and work towards solving
roadblocks faced by team.
