The role

• Membership Sales & Retention
• Driving club growth through quality membership sales
• The ability to lead manage and motivate a team
• Hold regular team training sessions to help develop team members
• Build and maintain a loyal community through the use of social media online sessions emails and events
• Recognise the need to change or expand the team and recruit and train new team members
• Enthusiastic and proactive you must be able to think on your feet

This is a gym job that requires an individual who is passionate about fitness service and product and is incredibly hands on and prepared to lead from the front You must have a real passion for the industry and enjoy motivating members and creating a world class fitness experience
