Job Description:
The City of Milwaukee is looking for 1 Cloud Engineer testing consultant that will assist them with moving their PeopleSoft System to the Cloud. It is currently being hosted by a Vendor in their Data Center and they are migrating to the Cloud specifically AWS.
The City of Milwaukee uses Sierra Cedar to support our PeopleSoft system. Sierra Cedar is moving their data center to the Cloud (AWS). In order to meet their deadlines in the Sierra Cedar AWS Test Environment we need assistance from a dedicated person to work on this project.
We need assistance from someone with PeopleSoft experience moving from the support vendors data center (in our case Sierra Cedar) to the Cloud (we are going to AWS). Also someone that has functional knowledge in HR and Finance. Help is needed with technical testing using FTP and Maestro (add on to PS) including working with interfaces and vendors testing in PS Classic version (not Fluid).
Top Skills & At least 3 Years of Experience in the following:
PeopleSoft file transfer utility
PeopleSoft process monitor/scheduler
PeopleSoft Batch Jobs/manually running jobs.
Troubleshooting skills
Previous experience testing PeopleSoft to ensure functionality in the Cloud preferably AWS.

Additional details:
Work hours may vary depending on business needs. Must be independent and reliable as they will be the main resource on this project and will interact with the current datacenter provider.
