Clinical Trial Manager mfd

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Trial Manager (m/f/d) in Switzerland

Tasks

• Collaborate with internal teams and External Service Providers for regulatory input in clinical trials and submission of CTAs to Health Authorities.
• Ensure timely preparation submission and maintenance of CTAs in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal and external teams overseeing the regulatory aspects throughout the trial life cycle.
• Maintain accurate tracking sheets for submission and approval dates across countries.
• Actively contribute to CTT meetings providing crucial regulatory updates.
• Coordinate with CTT members to prioritize submissions based on country timelines.
• Advise CTT members on HA CTA submission processes and keep them informed of HArelated matters.

Requirements

• EU Clinical Trials Infortmation Systems (CTIS) expertise.
• Proven experience in CTA preparation submission and maintenance.
• Indepth understanding of CTA regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in English (knowledge of another European language is a plus).
