About this opportunity
Its mission is to offer customers the best clinical support.
This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support for external and internal clients. The process includes interaction and communication with doctors related to specific case issues, review of theClinChecktreatment plan, quality and problem solving. In addition, other roles will include working closely with the sales team to ensure that company-wide sales and results goals are met, educational activities and events generating the doctor's clinical confidence and revenue retirement in the Invisalign business and iTero.

In this role, you will
Provide clinical support for dentists in the areas of case evaluation,ClinChecksupport, as well as solution of clinical problems for doctors in the region through calls and eventually face-to-facevisits;
Investigate and perform clinical analysis of doubts, complaints and adverse events made bycustomers;
Ensure the resolution as quickly as possible to the customer'sproblem;
Assist in training customers regarding the correct clinical protocols for using Alignproducts;
Provide training to the sales team according to theneed;
Participate in educational events online andlive;
Participate in special projects and / or training when requested, as well as proactive teams and individual efforts to achieve the goals of the department and the company.

Additional responsibilities:
Coordinationandexecutionofprojects;
Followalldepartmentalandcompanyprocedures, asindicatedinquality,administrativeorothersystems;
Complywithallsecuritypolicies,practicesandprocedures.Reportallunsafeactivitiestothemanagerand/orHumanResources;
Participate in the efforts of the proactive team to achieve the goals of the area and thecompany;
Perform other duties as assigned.

In this role, youll need
Previous experience: approximately 1 year or less.
Bachelor'sdegreeindentistryisrequired.Master's degree or specialization in Orthodontics is desirable(young professionals are alsowelcometo apply);
AdvancedEnglish;
Experience inrelationshipwithclientsinareasrelatedtodentistryisdesirable;
GoodknowledgeofbasiccomputeroperationsandMicrosoft Office tools;
Workin a full-time position,MondaythroughFriday,duringregularworkhours.

Fornecer suporte clnico para dentistas nas reas de avaliao de casos, suporte ClinCheck, bem como soluo de problemas clnicos para doutores da regio por meio de ligaes e eventualmente visitas presenciais.
Investigar e realizar anlise clnica de dvidas, reclamaes e eventos adversos feitas pelos clientes.
Garantir a resoluo o mais rpido o possvel para o problema do cliente.
Auxiliar na capacitao dos clientes em relao aos protocolos clnicos corretos de uso dos produtos da Align
Prover capacitao ao time de vendas de acordo com a necessidade
Participar de eventos educacionais online e ao vivo;
Participar de projetos especiais e / ou treinamento quando solicitado, bem como de equipes proativas e esforos individuais para atingir as metas do departamento e da empresa.

Responsabilidades adicionais:
Coordenao e execuo de projetos;
Seguir todos os procedimentos departamentais e da empresa, conforme indicado em sistemas de qualidade, administrativos ou outros;
Cumprir todas as polticas, prticas e procedimentos de segurana. Relate todas as atividades inseguras ao gestor e / ou Recursos Humanos;
Participar dos esforos da equipe proativa para atingir as metas da rea e da empresa.
Desempenhar outras funes conforme designado.

Para esta posio voc precisa...
Experincia prvia: aproximadamente 1 ano
Bacharel em odontologia necessrio.Mestrado ou especializao em Ortodontia desejvel/ jovens profissionais tambm so bem-vindos para se inscrever.
Ingls avanado;
Experincia em relacionamento com clientes em reas relacionadas a odontologia desejvel;
Bons conhecimentos de operaes bsicas do computador e ferramentas do Microsoft Office;
Trabalhar em uma posio de tempo integral, de segunda a sexta-feira, em horrioregularde trabalho.
