Clinical Pharmacist- Hospital

Klickitat Valley Health is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist with previous hospital experience to join our dynamic and dedicated Pharmacy team. This position offers 40 hours a week. Check out Goldendale here: The Clinical Pharmacist plays a vital role in patient care treatment through drug therapy services provided at KVH. These services are ageappropriate for neonates pediatric patients adolescents adults and geriatric patients performed when needed through direct contact with the patient and/or indirect association with or in support of health care providers.The Pharmacist Integrates the provision of pharmaceutical care with other elements of the patient care process to provide a collaborative cooperative effort with other members of the health care team to assure optimal drug therapy outcomes. Performs all duties in a manner which aligns with the department and organizational mission vision and values of Klickitat Valley Health.
