Seasoned Recruitment is seeking a talented and experienced Clinical Operations Manager to join our team. As a leading healthcare sourcing and recruiting firm we specialize in connecting healthcare professionals with top organizations.
As the Clinical Operations Manager you will play a critical role in overseeing the daytoday clinical operations of our clients healthcare facilities. With your strong background in healthcare management you will contribute to the success of our clients and have a positive impact on patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate clinical operations to ensure effective and efficient workflow
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement operational strategies and processes
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical staff providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals vendors and other stakeholders
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and participate in performance improvement activities
Required:
- Bachelors degree or higher
- related experience in a similar role and education concentration (5 years)
- 2 years of experience in ALL of the following:
- Prior experience managing relationships with clinical vendors
- Prior experience working in operations or strategy in a valuebased care clinical setting
- Prior experience building things and launching things from the ground up
