Job Description

- Communicate with other hospitals to facilitate patient referrals, especially emergency cases, and send all information related to the case.
- Writing all the necessary medical reports for each patient and signing them by the doctor concerned with the patient's condition.
- Assist in coordinating clinics within the department to maintain order and avoid problems.
- Communicate with the patient's Takaful Fund official and provide her with the necessary reports to help the patient with financial coverage.
- Follow up all the affairs of patients who are operated on outside the eye clinic in terms of communicating with the anesthesiologists and the referral department and placing patients on the list of operations.
- Communicate with the Operations Department and provide them with patient information, medical procedure information, daily or overnight status, and financial coverage information.
