Job Description

Our client a leading Wealth Management firm are looking to hire a Client Profile & Information Management Associate to join their Client Services team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The successful candidate will have previous experience working in Financial Services.

The Role:
  • Ensure all new accounts are processed in line with SLA s Client Asset regulation AML regulations and internal procedures.
  • Assist clients in any queries they may have in relation to account opening and regulatory rules.
  • Liaise with other departments to minimise risk and ensure all rules & regulations are adhered to.
  • Ability to review and improve on existing procedures & processes and use this knowledge to improve efficiencies and processes within the area.


Requirements



  • Third Level qualification in a businessrelated discipline
  • Experienced in reviewing anti money laundering documentation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Previous Financial Services experience advantageous
