Founded by IITB 14 Alumnus backed by Chiratae Ventures Elevation Capital Venture Highway in SeriesB funding ShopDeck is growing fast and solving problems in the Indian D2C market by helping ecommerce sellers easily create and scale their online stores and sell D2C (Direct to consumer) profitably.
We envision that apart from selling on Marketplaces (AZ/FK etc.) there is a huge potential for existing online sellers to generate sizable revenues from their own website/app but are unable to do so due to lack of expertise in website building digital marketing and fulfilment logistics.
ShopDeck s Software and services model helps fulfil this exact gap.

Looking for:
Were looking for a Client Onboarding Expert who own and onboard seller to our ShopDeck platform and ease in understand our interface as a firsttime user.

What you will be doing
You will be responsible for
Interacting with seller and onboarding them post sales.
Briefing helping sellers to start on our platform post sales.
Handling the seller guiding them and onboarding them on our platform
What you will bring along:
1 years of experience in any reputed organization or ecommerce or startup company.
Experience in interacting with sellers / customers B2B or B2C.
Experience in presales post sales or email communication cross functional collaborations.
Smart and Analytical thought process should be able to search visualise understand sellers need.
