Job Description:

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

15 years of utility domain experience.

Experience delivering large transformational programs and upgrades in Customer care and Billing area ensuring business continuity and customer satisfaction.

Experience managing crossportfolio utility programs with focus on integration impacts across business and technology sectors.

Experience leading strategic SmartMeter program initiatives including budget management and operational transition.

Experience directing enterprise corrective action programs focusing on operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Experience collaborating closely with IT and Business planning teams on project integration and overseeing contract budgets and financials with a focus on leadership reporting and stakeholder communication.

Experience implementing lean processes across business lines promoting demonstrable improvement and efficiency within programs.
