Here s what you ll do:

  • Assist our students via phone, email and chat, in regards to their questions, doubts and complaints
  • Take care of the relationship with our students and Franchises, assisting them on a life changing experience
  • Stay up-to-date on our latest courses/experiences and the campaigns
  • Cover any questions and doubts about the services/experiences we provide
  • Organise your workflow, set yourself personal goals, schedule call-backs
  • Be an ambassador for the EBS brand worldwide!


Job requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience, B2B and B2C, in a similar working environment
  • Full working proficiency in German and English; any additional European language is a plus
  • An understanding of EBS product or first-hand experience of an EBS course
  • Experience of Windows operating systems and CRM systems, including Salesforce
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
