Cleaning Attendant
Are you looking for a stimulating and dynamic job in the Qu bec region Would you like to be part of a team that believes in your potential This is the job for you! We are currently looking for a Cleaning Attendant for one of our clients a leader in real estate service provision and personalized facility management services. This role entails both onsite and travel responsibilities covering a vast area from Rivi reduLoup to Rimouski and extending to the Gasp sie and surrounding areas.
What is in it for you:
Salary of $45.000 to $50.000 per year depending on experience.
Permanent position: onsite employment with required travel.
Fulltime position: 40 hours per week including 30minute lunch breaks.
Flexible schedules: early or late hours may be necessary frequent overtime and weekend work required.
A vehicle provided with a gas card: possessing a valid drivers license is essential.
Comprehensive benefits package: medical dental and vision coverage from 80 to 100% available after probationary period.
Vacation: 2 weeks per year.
Responsibilities:
Perform cleaning duties in the Qu bec region with necessary travel. Possessing a drivers license is essential a vehicle is provided with a gas card.
Ensure exterior cleanliness by picking up ground litter removing cobwebs from the facade sweeping balcony and stairs.
Sweep or vacuum carpets and floors then clean with a wet mop.
Empty trash bins.
Dust or wipe surfaces such as desks doors etc.
Clean the bathroom if present disinfecting sinks and toilets etc.
Ensure supplies are stocked.
Replace light bulbs when necessary.
Perform floor stripping or polishing carpet cleaning and deep cleaning.
Maintain site cleanliness according to established visit frequencies.
Travel in a geographically orderly manner to minimize unnecessary travel.
Provide ondemand service upon client request.
Deliver supplies to sites where other employees are based.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by your superior.
Complete a full week of housekeeping duties at North Coast sites up to twice a year maximum.
What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience in cleaning / janitorial services.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Ability to use and maintain various cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaner mop etc.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Good physical condition to perform physical tasks.
Reliability and punctuality to adhere to work schedules and site visit frequencies.
Bilingual in English and French an asset.
Possess a valid drivers license.
