Our Client a Multinational Healthcare Company based in Karachi required: Civil Engineer

CONTRACT PERIOD:

18 months

Salary Package:

80 to 90k per month

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree in civil engineering.

Must have a valid PEC (RE) Certificate.

Must be well versed in using AutoCAD & Revit software and have sound knowledge of ACI/ASTM codes.

56 years of experience.

JOB DUTIES TO PERFORM:

Review in detail tender documentation conditions scope of work and specifications for civil works.

Prepare and issue tender stage enquiries to contractors and analyze returned offers to ensure compliance with contract specification and at optimized cost.

Establish design / drawings and material submission / deliverable schedule with suppliers in coordination with design coordinator and ensure submission are made as planned.

Supporting engineering lead regarding building services installation on site and ensure compliance with the approved Construction drawings and technical specifications.

Make inspections of Reinforcement Formwork and Concrete activities.

Ensure use of current drawings only and file superseded drawings.

Assist the Project Engineer in verification of Bar Bending Schedule and Interim Payment Certificates.
