Our client is one of the largest firm of estate surveyors and valuers in Nigeria and across SubSaharan Africa.

Job Summary
We are looking to hire a visionary COO to oversee our company s operational processes and to ensure a superb customer experience. The COO will optimize our companys operating capabilities employ strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and manage marketing initiatives. The COO will assist in compiling the companys budget and employ strategies to safeguard assets and stock.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the effective and efficient running of the core service lines and branches within the firm (Capital Markets Facility Management Property Management Valuations & Advisory)
  • Management and Retention of the firm s clients and portfolio
  • Strategic Business Development to increase client portfolio.
  • Manages all Heads of service lines
  • Designing and implementing business operations
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance


Requirements

  • 1st degree in Estate Management
  • Msc. Facility Management or Project Management
  • Minimum of 15 years estate management experience (5 years managerial experience)
  • Chartered Membership of NIESV & ESVARBON IFMA RICS
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Looks professional and presentable.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market and industry
  • Sociable and confidential
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
  • Experience in the various estate management service lines is essential i.e. Property Management Facility Management Agency &Valuations.


1st degree in Estate Management Msc.
