Our client is a Property Technology Company leveraging Technology to disrupt the way we buy rent sell design
construct manage and make decisions on property investments.
In this role you are responsible for the success of the Company in all its operational activities in accordance with
its mission and vision. The COO collaborates with the Heads of Departments to develop and implement the
company s strategic initiatives in compliance with statutory regulations.
Summary of Responsibilities
Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute the companys strategic plan
ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Evaluate market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Operational Excellence:
Streamline and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Implement and oversee robust project management methodologies to ensure timely and successful delivery of
initiatives.
Crossfunctional Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership to diverse business functions including finance technology marketing and
customer service.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment to drive crossfunctional teamwork.
Financial Management:
Work closely with the finance team to develop budgets financial forecasts and performance metrics.
Ensure financial goals are met and recommend adjustments as needed.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks to the business and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
Implement robust internal controls and compliance measures.
Technology and Innovation:
Oversee the technology strategy ensuring the company stays at the forefront of technological advancements.
Drive innovation in product development and customer experience.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including investors partners and regulatory
bodies.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
Minimum of a university degree in Management Business Finance or any related field.
Minimum of 12 years experience in financial planning and analysis with previous experience overseeing
human resources operations and facilities
Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or in a similar executive leadership role within the
technology or financial industry
Strong understanding of property financing and real estate technology
Demonstrated success in strategic planning operational management and financial oversight
Excellent leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and leading high
performance teams
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
