Chief Operating Officer Head of Operations

JatApp is an IT product company that creates valuable hightech products used daily by millions worldwide.

We are looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Head of Operations) to ensure the operations development of technical teams and strategic growth of the company.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of operational strategy
• Implementation of performance metrics for technical teams
• Cost control and optimisation work with business metrics
• Development of business analytical thinking of technical teams
• Implementation of the strategic product business planning process
• Management and optimisation of technical teams

Requirements

• 5 years of Product/Project/Delivery management experience
• 3 years of experience in managing technical crossfunctional teams
• Technical background
• Understanding of the product lifecycle (PLC)
• Experience with analytical tools (Amplitude BI tools)
• Experience in implementing of performance metrics to evaluate the work of technical teams
• English language level at least Intermediate

Will be a plus:

• Experience in implementing SPACE SAFe LeSS or Nexus frameworks
