Chief of Staff (m/w/d)

Your mission

• Together with our management, you will develop and improve strategies to implement our company's goals and communicate them to the rest of the company.
• You prioritize strategic processes, make important preparations and implement them actively.
• You are the connection between our management and our heads.
• You analyze internal and external trends, make your own suggestions, and help to implement solutions.
• You are tracking our growth and implementing processes as needed.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed your studies (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
• You are already familiar with working in a start-up environment
• You already have at least 2 5 years of relevant work experience
• You have strong organizational talent and leadership skills
• You are characterized by a strategic and analytical way of thinking
• Confident and customer-oriented appearance
• Reliability, accuracy, and independence characterize your way of working
• You also have a fluent knowledge of German and English
